REPORTING

Once the Risk Assessment is complete you will be provided with a report detailing the items on site with recommendations in the areas which are considered
a risk eg. potential for growth of Legionella bacteria. These will be
prioritised. A general schematic of the site will also be provided.
In the report the general water system will be described and the overall management framework presently undertaken. Each of the cisterns will be described with recommendations as will the
calorifiers. In the domestic water section all items such as showers, water filters
etc. are risk assessed.
The report will therefore deal with preventative measures to minimise risks in a prioritised order. A shortened report format
informs of the recommendations and priority they are given. A management summary will also be included.
